Business System of the Recycling Services Association “Growing for you Mejía”

The objective of the research was to strengthen the organizational, commercial, and managerial capacities of this association in the parish of Machachi, Mejía canton. The study began with an initial diagnosis of the current situation of ASERECIME in key areas such as administration, marketing, and accounting, through the collection of information via interviews and surveys conducted with members of the association. Based on the data obtained, specific management models were designed through the development of operational manuals in the aforementioned areas. On a social and environmental level, the initiative enhanced the contribution to the circular economy and significantly reduced the association’s vulnerability to market fluctuations and other external factors.
