Abstract

Project-based learning as a training strategy for administrative science professionals seems to be a natural option to strengthen professional skills. The administrative sciences in their own management concept are given to organizing their actions in control or improvement projects, including one of the ways in which it is organized in certain sectors is through project management. The objective of this research was to design, execute and evaluate the results of the application of a strategy for the training of professionals in administrative sciences based on the development of projects. This strategy was applied at the ATLANTIC Higher Technological Institute in the Higher Technology in Administration career and from them, several related performance indicators of the institute were favored related to teacher training, student satisfaction and the target audiences of the environment that benefit from the projects.
