Sistema Empresarial de la Asociación de Servicios de Reciclaje “Creciendo por ti Mejía”

Resumen

La investigación tuvo como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades organizativas, comerciales y de gestión de esta asociación en la parroquia de Machachi, cantón Mejía. Se partió de un diagnóstico inicial de la situación actual de ASERECIME en áreas clave como la administración, el marketing y la contabilidad, mediante la recopilación de información a través de entrevistas y encuestas a los miembros de la asociación. En función de los datos obtenidos se utilizaron para diseñar modelos de gestión específicos a través de la construcción de los manuales de operación en las áreas mencionadas. A nivel social y ambiental, se potenció la contribución a la economía circular y una reducción significativa de la vulnerabilidad de la asociación frente a las fluctuaciones del mercado y otros factores externos.
